we really appreciated the ability to park right in front of our door at Red Roof Inn. the staff were quick to change our room to accommodate my wife's needs for a first-floor room. the breakfast was well varied, offering choices for different diets and preferences. the pet policy was wonderful, and the facilities were great for our 9 yr old Lab's first hotel experience.
There was nothing I didn't like! 😊

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff, including Tanya and another young lady, were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary special by decorating our room. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for exploring St. Augustine. The first-floor room had a clean courtyard outside, and the queen-sized bed was comfortable. The staff was always available and eager to assist, and the hotel is surrounded by great shopping and dining options. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.
An additional charge for a room with a microwave was a disappointment.

Great pet policy, convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, close to beach and shopping.

the red roof inn was super clean - beds comfy, and there's a free shuttle to downtown. also, they're pet-friendly with no extra charge for big pets! plus, tanya at the front desk is a gem and the manager and staff are awesome.

The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was only a short drive to the city center and the beach. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the clean and spacious pool. Despite some small drawbacks, we had a decent stay. I'll recommend this hotel.

I chose Red Roof Inn for its central location near Adventure Landing. The staff's knowledge of St. Augustine and the complimentary car park pleasantly surprised me. The wide selection of nearby restaurants, including Dennys and Cracker Barrel, added to the convenience and fun of my stay.
